We waterbath bake all our cheesecakes and allow them to cook and cool slowly to make sure they are dense, creamy and fresh. This process takes time and cannot be rushed. Due to this- all custom order cheesecakes require a two business day- minimum- notice. We will need time to gather ingredients if not on hand, prep, bake, cool and freeze if needed.
